  • Notes
    • - A. L. Bradford contributed to a writing regarding Gideon Lincecum's 1835 journal recording his travels from Mississippi to and through Texas. The contribution I read was found here: [Source citation] Texas State Historical Association. The Southwestern Historical Quarterly, Volume 53, July 1949 - April, 1950, periodical, 1950; Austin, Texas. University of North Texas Libraries, The Portal to Texas History, texashistory.unt.edu; crediting Texas State Historical Association. Farther into the quarterly was a page about the contributors.

"A. L. BRADFORD, "Journal of Lincecum's Travels in Texas, 1835," a great grandson of Gideon Lincecum, is a retired marine engineer. He is now living at Marble Falls, Texas."

      - According to his death certificate, Andrew served in the armed forces for the Spanish American War and World War I. Mrs. A. L. Bradford was the informant. Cause of death: Myocardial Infarction (6 hrs) and Coronary Artery Occlusion (6 hrs).
