    • - Mabel was the informant on her husband Garland's death certificate (19 June 1955).

      - Mabel died at the Wood Nursing Home in San Antonio, Texas. She had been there two months. Cause of death was pneumonia (3 days) and cerebral vascular accident (2 weeks). Informant on her death certificate was "Mrs. Paul C. Mennenga by telephone."
