    • - Obituary from 1 October 1959 Winn Parish Enterprise News-American:

      "Sister of Dodson Resident Succombs

      Mrs. Letha Hammond, 60, died at her home in Georgetown Wednesday.

      Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Selma Methodist Church with burial to follow in the Lincecum Cemetery. The remains are at Southern Funeral Home, Winnfield, until time of the services.

      Survivors include the husband, Dan Hammond, Georgetown; three daughters, Mrs. Elsie Jones of Monroe, Mrs. Lula Wetzel and Mrs. Elaine Hemphill, Shreveport; five brothers, Oscar Lincecum of Ferriday, S. P. Lincecum of Monroe, Robert Lincecum of Pollock, J. O. and Edgar Lincecum, Winnfield, and three grandchildren."
