    • - The widow's pension application dated 1917 gives Mrs. Sallie Lincecum's address as RFD #1 in Dale, Texas -- c/o T. J. Kirksey (her brother). Sallie died at his home in Lockhart, Texas 10 January 1929. Her cause of death was "Influenza complicated by pneumonia." [per Mortuary Warrant Application]

      - From widow's pension application dated 21 December 1917 (rejected 16 January 1918) at Caldwell County, Texas:
      "I am the widow of B. D. Lincecum, deceased, who departed this life on the 6 day of April, A.D. 1913, in the county of Travis, in the State of Texas. Died at the Confederate Home at Austin.
