Every tourist that comes to San Diego devotes one day of his sojourn in this sunny clime to a trip tp Tia Juana which in spanish signifies 'Aunt Jane.'
[A 2 hour train ride took them to the Mexican border, as the company didn't have permission to lay tracks across.]
...After leaving the cars all the passengers got into two stages each drawn by four horses and rode across the valley to Tia Juana..."
