  - Harmon and Lucinda were married by a minister of the gospel, Thomas Green. - Some records indicate Harmon and Lucinda had 10 children, however, 12 names appear in various records. - According to the 1830 Cape Girardeau County, Missouri Federal census, Harmon had two slaves. Both were female, aged under 10 and 24-35. - Land patent record: Document #: 3509 Misc. Document #: MO0630_.031 Signature Date: Mar. 15, 1837 Legal Land Description: Nr: 1 Aliquot Parts: NESE Sec: 32 Total Acres: 40 County: Cape Girardeau - Grandpa's notes suggest Harmon owned 3 slaves during the 1830 Cape Girardeau County census. - Per Grandpa's notes: Notes From Circuit Court Records Index Book 1 August 25, 1832 Plaintiff: Harmon & Malinda Lincecum Defendents: Andrew Martin and Harmon Lincecum, Administrator for Asa B. Lincecum (deceased) and Morris Young, guardian of Rezin & Ibby Lincecum February 13, 1834 Court finds that Harmon is the only surviving legitimate child & heir of Asa B. Lincecum.
