Two Men Killed and One Lynched.
Special Dispatch to The Constitution.

LARAMIE CITY, W. T. [sic], October 13. -- A dispatch from Fort Fetterman
says J. H. Capp, last night, shot and instantly killed R. R. Elgin,
book-keeper for Seabright Bros., and dangerously wounded Mike Eagan.
Since the occurrence the latter and a party of cowboys took Capp from
the custody of the officers and lynched him. This is the second case of
lynching in this county within three days.
